Ingredients:
1 ¼ all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon allspice
1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened to room temperature
¾ white sugar
¾ brown sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
3 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups raisin
Twist: 2 cups butterscotch chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, spices in a small bowl.
Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in the bowl of a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
Slowly add in the flour mixture.
Manually add in oats, butterscotch chips, and raisins. It might seem like a lot of mix-ins but it so scrumptious.
Form into the size of your preference about 1 ½ inches apart. I like them smaller so that the edges are more crispy.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are slightly browned. The cookies won’t spread out that much so don’t worry about that.
Cool for a few minutes.
Enjoy!
